Room

• Checking in:  starts at 3:00 pm - After you check-in online, you’ll receive a room-ready notification via text.  You can use your My Disney Experience or Magic Band to unlock your room door

• In the room:  hairdryer, TV, free WiFi, a coffee maker, telephone, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, a mini-refrigerator

  1. • 1st floor - front desk, concierge and bell services

     • 2nd floor - Laundry Room

     • 4th Floor - Grand Canyon Concourse - gift shop and monorail access

• you should leave $3 – $5 per time for mousekeeping (housekeeping)

• Checking-out:  by 11:00 am - Guests will be automatically checked out of their room.  But, if you have unresolved charges to your hotel folio, you’ll need to visit the front desk.
