My suggested order:

Animal Kingdom

• 3/4 day - will remind you a lot of Omaha Zoo + some fabulous rides

• New Rides:  Pandora

Hollywood Studios

• 1 full day

• New Rides:  Batuu and Toy Story Land

Epcot

• 1 full day

• New Rides:  Remy's Ratatouille Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Magic Kingdom

• 1 full day

• New Rides:  Tron Lightcycle Ride and Tiana's Bayou Adventure

The thought behind this order.  Day 1 needs to be an easier day in case traveling is a nightmare.  Disney's Animal Kingdom is a good one to get to early.  But, if you miss the early, you can still get the entire park done in a day if you are late.  And it closes early so you can catch up on sleep you missed from traveling.

Hollywood Studios is a more intense day depending on how much you love the themed areas.  You must be there early to get everything done.  Plus it's good to know you have a less intense day afterwards.  And Fantasmic! is typically not a late night show.

Epcot is a strolling day.  You can come early, leave and take a break and come back or you can sleep in and just come later.  This one is typically a later night because of the fireworks.

End the trip with a bang.  Visit the must anticipated Magic Kingdom last.  And when you leave, you can say Good Bye to the castle.

Disney World Park Hopper

• I have never purchased this, but feel it will gives you lots of flexibility as dining is hard to book

• Love this more in the hot summers when you need to go back and cool off cause then you can try something different in the afternoon & evening.  Or during busier times like holiday weekends.

Disney World Genie

• Free

• Information, suggestions and tips on where to ride and eat next

• goal is to suggest things to disperse people throughout the park

• you can swap to a different ride if a suggested step does not appeal to you.

• Assumes you'll be in the park the entire day

Queue at Disney World

With your Park Admission you have the ability to ride EVERY attraction for FREE.  

However, note there are different 2 different queues at Disney World

Lightning Lane Passes

This will allow you to skip the standby queue!

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels (Shades of Green Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels), you will be able to plan Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance at 7am EST, for their entire stay (up to 14 days). If you are staying off-site, you can plan up to 3 days at 7 am EST in advance. These advance purchase windows will allow you to secure some of their must-do rides and experiences after you've had some time to decide what dining reservations you want to book and any other plans you may need to consider.  

• This must be done in the My Disney Experience App, it cannot be done online.

• You may purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass or both in one transaction.

• Can book all of your experiences based on the length of your park tickets valid use period.

• In advance, you can only book for one theme park per day.

• You can make adjustments to your times within the My Disney Experience App

Disney Rider Switch

Rider Switch Pass (more commonly known as a “Child Swap”) is obtained from Cast Members outside attractions with height limits. This pass allows one parent to stay with the kids who don’t meet the height requirement for an attraction while the other parent (or group of above-height people) waits with the kids.  When the riding parent/group is done, the waiting parent/group (up to 3 per pass) can use the pass by going to the Lighting Lane return line. Since three people can use the pass, your kids or other party members who are tall enough to ride the attraction can conceivably go twice: once in line with the first parent, and the second time by using the pass with the parent who did the watching the first time. 

Think of others!  

Do not have someone save you a spot in the line and join them later.  Your entire group should wait together for rides.
